Our Warranty
At Ryxex, we stand behind the quality of our repair services with a lifetime warranty on all parts and labor. Our commitment to excellence means you can trust our repairs to last.
Lifetime Warranty Coverage
All repairs performed by our certified technicians are covered under our comprehensive lifetime warranty which includes:
- Screen replacements and repairs
- Battery replacements
- Camera module repairs
- Speaker and microphone repairs
- Button and port replacements
- All other hardware repairs
Warranty Terms
Our warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship. If your device experiences issues related to our repair, simply bring it back to our store, and we'll fix the problem at no additional cost. Our warranty does not cover:
- Physical or liquid damage occurring after the repair
- Software issues unrelated to our hardware repair
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear of parts over time
To claim your warranty, please bring your device along with your repair receipt to our Sydney location. Our technicians will assess the issue and provide the appropriate warranty service.
Refund Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction with our repair services. If you're not satisfied with the quality of our repair:
Notify Us
Contact us within 14 days of the repair service to report any issues or concerns.
Technical Assessment
Our technicians will examine your device to determine the cause of the issue.
Resolution
We will first attempt to correct any issues through additional repairs. If we cannot resolve the problem to your satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original repair service. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Data Backup Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your data during the repair process, we strongly recommend backing up your device before submitting it for repair. Ryxex is not responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process.
We offer data backup services at an additional cost if requested before the repair process begins.
Diagnostic Fee
Our standard diagnostic fee is $49, which is waived if you proceed with our recommended repair. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable as it covers the time and expertise of our technicians.
